Recover your Vitae Plus key

Lost your key, or setting up Vitae on another Mac? Enter the email address you used at checkout. If it has an active Vitae Plus subscription, or one in its free trial, we email a current key to that address.

Then

In Vitae, open Settings, then Vitae Plus, paste the key and click Activate. Vitae renews the key by itself while the subscription is active.

No email arrived?

Check your spam folder, and that you used the address from your Stripe receipt. The key is sent only to that address, and a few requests per address are allowed each day. If it still does not arrive, email ben@purplelink.llc from that address.
