Managing your Vitae Plus subscription

You can cancel Vitae Plus at any time. Plus keeps working through the period you have already paid for, then the Plus tools stop. Your records and every free feature of Vitae are untouched.

From the app

In Vitae, open Settings, then Vitae Plus, then press Manage Subscription. We email a link to the address you used at checkout; it opens Stripe's billing page for your subscription, where you can see your invoices, update your card, or cancel at the end of the paid period. The link works for 24 hours. Stripe handles that page; Purplelink never sees your card.

If the app is not at hand, or the billing page did not open, email ben@purplelink.llc from the address you used at checkout and ask to cancel.

Cancel before the 7 days are up and you are not charged.
