Advanced ML models

Dose-response curves, Granger causality analysis, adaptation tracking, and Kalman-filtered recovery state estimation. What actually causes what in your health data.

Biological metrics

Biological age estimation, VO₂ max tracking, DFA-α1 heart rate variability analysis, and circadian age (CosinorAge). Metrics that move, not just snapshots.

Private by design

No cloud sync. No analytics or advertising SDKs. No ads. Your records are kept in a local GRDB.sqlite database and all analytics run on the phone.
