Find a purchase
Lost your ModernTex license key or a download link? Enter the email address you used at checkout. If that address bought ModernTex or a kit, we email it the download page for each kit, and for ModernTex a new license key and your download page.
What it covers
- ModernTex. A new license key, which unlocks the copy you have with no reinstall (any key you had before keeps working), and your download page, which always serves the newest version.
- Kits. The download page for each kit you bought.
- Vitae Plus. Use Vitae Plus key recovery, which also handles subscriptions.
- Paper Review and the other manuscript checks. Results are deleted soon after you open them, so there is nothing to re-send. For a purchase you have not used yet, the email sent when you paid has a link to start it from any device. For an unused volume-pack token or an invoice, email ben@purplelink.llc from the address you paid with.
No email arrived?
Check your spam folder, and that you used the address from your Stripe receipt. We only ever send to the address you enter, and a few requests per address are allowed each day. If it still does not arrive, email ben@purplelink.llc from that address and we will sort it out by hand.
