Resume Review
Would this resume clear an ATS filter and make a hiring manager read past the first six seconds? A three-persona AI panel — ATS Screener, Hiring Manager Skeptic, Recruiter Red Flags — reads your resume the way the people actually screening it would.
Nothing is kept after delivery. The report is deleted from our servers the moment you retrieve it, and if it reads as low-quality we'll refund the $5.

# Resume Review
## ATS Compatibility
- Section header "Experience" is fine, but "Where I've Worked" (used for
the second job block) won't parse: most ATS filters look for a small
set of standard headers. Rename to "Experience" or "Work History."
- Dates in "Jan 2022 - Present" format parse correctly. The single entry
written as "22-24" does not; spell out the years.
## Content & Impact
- "Responsible for managing social media accounts" is a duty, not a
result. Rewrite using a number you already have on this resume:
"Grew Instagram following from 4,200 to 11,800 followers in 9 months."
- Three bullets in the 2021 role start with "Helped with...": pick the
one concrete outcome each bullet is actually describing and lead with
that instead.
## What a Recruiter Would Flag
- 7-month gap between the Acme and Globex roles isn't explained anywhere
on the resume. Doesn't need a paragraph, just a single line ("Family
leave, 2022") to keep a recruiter from guessing.
- Job title says "Senior Analyst" here but "Analyst II" on LinkedIn per
your notes; pick one and make them match.
## Action Checklist
- [A] Rename "Where I've Worked" to "Experience."
- [A] Add the missing number to the social-media bullet.
- [B] Add a one-line explanation for the 7-month gap.
- [C] Reconcile the job title between this resume and LinkedIn.
What the report includes
- ATS Compatibility. Formatting, section headers, and date-format issues that would break an Applicant Tracking System's parsing — before a human ever sees the resume.
- Content & Impact. Every bullet that reads as generic duty-listing instead of a quantified result, with a suggested rewrite using only the facts you already gave it.
- What a Recruiter Would Flag. Employment gaps, short stints, inconsistent dates, missing basics — framed as what would come up in a first-pass screen, not a judgment.
- Action Checklist. A/B/C-prioritised list of what to fix before you send this resume out.
FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
PDF or DOCX, up to 20 MB.
Will this rewrite my resume for me?
No — it critiques what you have and suggests specific rewrites for weak bullets, but you decide what to change. It won't invent facts, dates, or metrics you didn't provide.
Does it check for ATS compatibility?
Yes — one of the three personas specifically simulates how an Applicant Tracking System would parse your resume's formatting, section headers, and keywords.
What does Purplelink retain?
Nothing after delivery. The report is deleted from our servers the moment you retrieve it. Your resume is sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which retains inputs for 30 days for abuse monitoring — never for training.
