Every number comes from a formula you can read and change. Blue cells on yellow are yours to fill in; the rest calculates. Each file opens with a Start Here tab and one example row.
The one-time sheets never contact us. The live sheets fetch public data (OpenAlex, grants.gov, NSF, NIH) through a private feed link; we store only the settings you choose, never your spreadsheet.
The grant budget builder keeps every agency rule in an input cell with its source beside it, checked on September 28, 2026. Your sponsored programs office still has the final word on your budget.
